If truecount.app changes these Terms of Sale, and we provide notice, we may do so by sending an email, posting a notice on the truecount.app Services, or updating the “Last Updated” date above. Please check these Terms of Sale periodically for those changes. Any modified terms will apply to any purchase made after such changes are posted on the truecount.app. Therefore, you should review these Terms of Sale prior to each purchase so you will understand the terms applicable to such transaction. If you do not agree to these Terms of Sale, do not make any purchases on the truecount.app.

Purchase Qualifications; Account Security To make a purchase on the truecount.app, you must be a registered truecount.app user and comply with these Terms of Sale and the Terms of Service. You acknowledge that you are responsible for maintaining the security of, and restricting access to your account and password, and you agree to accept responsibility for all purchases and other activities that occur under your account. truecount.app sells its Products and Services only to those users who can legally make purchases with a credit card. If you are between the ages of 13 and 21 (or the legal age of majority in your state of residence), you may make purchases on the truecount.app Services only with the permission of a parent or guardian. truecount.app reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders or terminate accounts at any time in its sole discretion.
Subscription Service Terms truecount.app may offer certain Products and Services in connection with the truecount.app Services on a subscription basis with recurring payments (“Subscription Services”) as disclosed to you when you subscribe to any Subscription Services. Subscription Services may renew automatically, and you agree that we are authorized to charge you for payment on a recurring basis prior to each renewal. You agree that your Subscription Service will renew continuously until you cancel it. truecount.app reserves the right to discontinue or modify any subscription fee payment option. If we discontinue or modify a subscription payment option, we will provide notice of such discontinuance or modification by email or through the truecount.app Services in advance of the next billing date. If you are signing up under any promotional subscription fee, some additional restrictions may apply. These restrictions, if any, will be provided to you before you sign up for the applicable Subscription Service that is subject to the promotion.
You are responsible for all charges incurred under your account. truecount.app reserves the right to deactivate Subscription Services to your account if payment is past due, regardless of the dollar amount.
Subscription Service - Automatic Payments If you choose a Subscription Service (including any pre-paid subscription option that reverts to a monthly/every 3 months/yearly payment plan at the expiration of the pre-paid period), you hereby grant truecount.app permission to automatically charge the subscription fee to your chosen payment method at the beginning of each applicable payment period until you cancel the Subscription Service. Your access to the Subscription Services will not be established until truecount.app has verified that the credit card or other payment information you provide truecount.app for payment is accurate and that your payment method account is in good standing.
You further agree that truecount.app may charge any other applicable fees for the truecount.app Services or Products and Services, if disclosed to you in connection with your purchase, to your payment method, including any early termination fee.
truecount.app reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to any Subscription Service that is a part of the truecount.app Services without notice upon rejection of any charges or if your payment method (or its agent or affiliate) seeks return of payments previously made to truecount.app when truecount.app believes you are liable for the charges.
Cancellation of Subscription Services You may cancel your Subscription Service at any time by going over paypal.com > automatic payments or on Stripe.com.
Either party’s cancellation under the prior paragraph is effective at the end of the current payment period and your Subscription Services will continue until the end of the current payment period. You will not receive a refund for the payment period in which you submit your cancellation.
Your use of Digital Content is subject to truecount.app’s Terms of Service.
Digital Content has no monetary value (i.e., is not cash or equivalent), and does not constitute currency or property of any type. Digital Content cannot be sold or transferred to third parties, including other Users, cannot be used outside the truecount.app Services, and cannot be exchanged for cash or for any other goods or services. Users have no property, proprietary, intellectual property, ownership, or monetary interest in promotional or purchased Digital Content, which remains truecount.app Digital Content subject to the Terms of Service. Except as required by applicable law in your jurisdiction, Digital Content is non-refundable. Users may not obtain a refund for PP coins that are used or redeemed for buying items in the shop, for digital items or experiences. PP coins that have been used or redeemed will not be returned. You may not purchase, sell, barter, or trade any Digital Content, or offer to purchase, sell, or trade any Digital Content (including for money or any other consideration or items of value whether inside or outside of the truecount.app Services). truecount.app and users recognize that any such attempted transfer will be null and void.
Although truecount.app may share revenue generated from the sale of Digital Content with a moderator or admin receiving the Digital Content, subject to the agreement solely between truecount.app and the moderator or admin as the case may be, Digital Content is not intended to be used as a means to provide compensation or financial support to the moderator or admin, and truecount.app makes no assurances to any User that any moderator or admin receiving Digital Content will receive a financial benefit.
truecount.app does not guarantee that Digital Content will be available at all times or at any given time. truecount.app does not guarantee that we will continue to offer Digital Content for any particular length of time. truecount.app may modify Digital Content at our sole discretion, and such modifications may make Digital Content more or less common, desirable, effective, or functional. truecount.app may immediately suspend or terminate Digital Content for any or no reason, in our sole discretion, and without advance notice or liability. truecount.app may increase the number of PP couns required to buy items in the shop, and restrict any buying option, even though such changes may affect the utility of Digital Content, or the ability to obtain certain items from the shop. Users should not rely upon the continued availability of any items sold in the shop.
truecount.app reserves the right to change and update our inventory of Digital Content without notice. truecount.app reserves all rights, title, and interest in Digital Content and Digital Content inventories, and all associated copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights therein. Except as required by applicable law, any unused Digital Content inventory will be forfeited to truecount.app upon termination of your truecount.app account.
truecount.app reserves the right to deactivate any User from any truecount.app Services for any reason or no reason. Once a User has been deactivated, any Digital Content accumulated by that User will be forfeited and may not be reinstated.
Premium Subscription is a collection of membership benefits offered in certain countries by truecount.app to members of truecount.app. To receive Premium Subscription benefits, you must subscribe.
truecount.app may subsequently make digital goods that you have obtained or purchased usable on the truecount.app Services only and prohibit use thereof on third-party services or websites.
Refund Policy When you make a purchase on or receive a gift through the truecount.app Services, including you have immediate access to, and use of, the Products and Services you have purchased. Accordingly, except as detailed in these Terms of Sale, to the extent permitted by applicable law, cancellations are not permitted after a purchase, and we do not offer any refunds or credits, including, without limitation, fees for Subscription Services. truecount.app reserves the right to modify this refund policy as set forth below at any time.
Unless otherwise specified in these Terms of Sale or required under the applicable law in your jurisdiction, games, in-game items, and other digital goods are not returnable after purchase.
We accept payment through PAYPAL (major credit cards, certain debit cards), Stripe and/or such other payment methods we may make available to you from time-to-time through our site (“Payment Methods”). You are subject to all terms and conditions of the Payment Method you choose. By submitting an order through the truecount.app Services, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated Payment Method and authorize truecount.app, or its designated payment processor, to charge the Payment Method you specify for the purchase amount, including all taxes and fees. All payments are to be made in United States Dollars, except where other currencies are offered via the Payment Methods made available by truecount.app.
PLEASE NOTE: Our payment processing partners may request that you provide certain personal data (e.g., a valid government-issued ID, your legal name, address, and date of birth) for the purpose of making payment through its financial institutions and complying with applicable international, national, federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Delivery With respect to Products and Services you purchase in connection with the truecount.app Services, you acknowledge and agree that upon making such Products and Services available to you (or to their intended authorized recipients), truecount.app will have fully satisfied its obligation to deliver or otherwise provide such products, services, or content, regardless of any failure or inability to use such products, services, or content.
Service Descriptions and Availability, Errors truecount.app and its suppliers and licensors continually upgrade and revise the truecount.app Services to provide you with new Products and Services. truecount.app may revise, discontinue, or modify Products and Services at any time without prior notice to you, and Products and Services may become unavailable without notice. truecount.app shall have no liability of any kind if a Product or Service that has been ordered is unavailable. We attempt to be as accurate as possible and eliminate errors on the truecount.app Services; however, we do not warrant that any Products and Services or description, photograph, pricing, or other information of a product, service, or content is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
